Trevor Choy is the founder of Choy Lawyers. He is
the only Australian lawyer who has previously worked as an Advertising
Manager, and he uses this unique industry experience to advise clients
on practical brand protection strategies. He has been appointed
to the Federal government's Advisory
Council on Intellectual Property, which advises the Minister
for Industry, Resources and Tourism on intellectual property
laws and the strategic administration of IP Australia (the Australian
Patents and Trade Marks Office). Trevor regularly conducts seminars
for trade associations, including the Australian Graphic Design
Association, Australian Trade Commission, Victorian Government Department
of Innovation, Furnishing Industry Association of Australia, Australian
Institute of Management, Australian Corporate Lawyers Association
